Riffa Apartments
Kampala, Uganda
Riffa Apartments is a one-of-a-kind apartment complex in the hills of Kampala, Uganda.

Home Elements was tasked to turn the original site - a large disused home - into luxury apartments. The site was set on challenging topography, built on several levels, offering dramatic views over the hills of Kampala.
​
Looking carefully at the land, we designed an elevation to maximise living space, while retaining the grandeur of the site with a series of internal courtyards and light-wells.
Careful planning allowed the creation of 17 apartments from the original home.
Chain Homes
Accra, Ghana
Chain ​Homes sets a new standard for luxury residences in Ghana.

Set in the suburbs of Accra, Chain Homes comprises a unique community of 200 elite homes set over hundreds of acres, with residents from all over the world.
​
Home Elements designed twelve unique home types. Each exemplifies high-luxury - dramatic spaces, modern kitchens, swimming pools, and beautiful bedrooms.
​
Home Elements sourced and supplied building materials and furniture - including porcelain and marble, silk furnishings, crystal chandeliers and bespoke sofas - allowing residents to tailor their homes precisely.
​
Chain Homes has received substantial domestic and international praise, and creates a new benchmark for luxury properties in West Africa.

Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort
Zanzibar, Tanzania
The Royal Zanzibar is a 5* Hotel on the exclusive beaches of Nungwi in Northern Zanzibar with c. 150 rooms set over 20 acres of pristine coastline.
​
Home Elements has worked closely with Royal Zanzibar to re-furbish and re-design rooms, suites and public spaces.
​
Taking inspiration from local crafts, Home Elements designed new room-layouts, created bespoke furniture, soft furnishings and more.
The new rooms and suites, which marry traditional elements and modern amenities, has helped elevate Royal Zanzibar into one of the most sought-after resorts on the East-African coastline.
